My students in the CSU Arts Management program are managing a never-done-before event in partnership with the Colorado Symphony…The Paint the Music Jamboree will feature 15+ extraordinary high-profile painters from across Northern Colorado as they're "embedded" with the Symphony November 18-20, 2026 for  rehearsals and a performance.  The artists will be drawing and painting the musicians of the orchestra as they prepare for the weekend performances with Maestro Peter Oundjian and cello soloist Johannes Moser.  The resulting artwork will be shown at Boettcher Concert Hall as part of Friday's performance on November 20.

Each artist has agreed to donate one of the finished pieces to the Symphony to be used for auction as part of their spring Gala fundraiser.

We’ll be announcing the full list of artists soon. And watch for information about a special exhibition with Saks Galleries coming in the Spring!
